My services cater mainly to buyers that are in the market for waterfront property in the SW Florida area.
Typically this means Cape Coral, where I live myself, but once a good report and relationship are established I don't
hesitate to serve them pretty much all over Lee and Collier County.
Professional Experience
My Real Estate career began in Germany at the young age of only 21. Soon after getting started I found myself involved in
projects involving aquisition, financing, new construction, rehab & resales. During my time in Real Estate I had the
pleasure of working with a very broad clientele ranging from individual clients all the way to corporate clients.
After relocating to Cape Coral in 1996 it was only natural to me to stay in the profession I love.
Professional Education and Designations
Upon getting my initial Real Estate Salesperson License here in Florida, I spend a considerable amount of time to get
accustomed with my local community and of course its business practices. Soon I realized that many clients would
appreciate to cut their report down to as few people as possible, which encouraged me to go for my Florida Mortgage
Brokers License as well in order to gain the ability of providing more and better service. Of course I have always
maintained my Licenses through proper continuing education and even "upgraded" from a Salesperson License to a Brokers
License in order for my clients to receive maximum service.
Personal / Comments
Whether you want to relocate from as far as I did or you just want to move a couple of blocks doesn't matter to me at all.
